The product has multiple benefits including rapid decomposition and disinfection, sterilization, inhibition of bacteria growth and mildew proofing, and is non-toxic and harmless to human body, without secondary pollution.
Range of Application
Applicable to old rooms, office building, hotel, school, hospital, public amenities, or newly decorated ones that suffer from decoration pollution.
The product is mainly applied on the object surface or wall surface, and is sprayed by adopting the object or wall surface as the carrier.
Method of Application
The product should be applied by using a specialized spraying machine, with the optimal caliber of spray gun 0.5mm.
The product can be sprayed directly against the wall surface. Please spray uniformly into mist at a distance of 50cm to 80cm from the wall.
Amount of Application
Recommended application area: 120-180 m2/1000 ml, completely covering the wall would be appropriate.

PHOTOCATALYST COATING
Surface Preparation
The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and free of dust and grease before application. All surfaces should be free from water, stains, dusts, oil contamination and other pollutants. Surfaces not to be treated shall be covered before applying.
Application
The sprayer method is most efficient and recommended for commercial use. BDT Nano coating solution is applied using air compressor and spray gun. The nozzle size of the spray gun is recommended to be 0.3mm to 0.5 mm for fine mist coating and uniform film thickness. Other option is application using electrostatic spray gun. Other allowed application methods are spraying on the surface small amount of liquid coating and spread it evenly by a soft foam brush to evenly wet the surface and allow it to dry.
Recommended distance between spray gun and substrate is between 50cm to 100cm. In order to make uniform coating, spray the desired surface at steady speed. Proper coating thickness for self-cleaning purpose is achieved with two coats. Each coat must be dry to touch before the next coat of solution can be applied. One Litre will cover 500 sq.ft with each coat, so estimated coverage for 2 coats is 800- 250 sq.ft per each 1 litre of coating ( TABLE ATTACHED )
Protective Gear
Although coating is non-toxic, it is recommended to wear protective mask when coating large commercial area.
Drying Time: approximately 30 minutes depending on condition.
Full hardness is gradually reached after two weeks. Avoid scratching the coated surface until the full hardness of the film is reached.
Storage and disposal recommendation:
Store the unused solution in cool and dark condition. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Clean any spills with water. Coating shelf life is 1 years.
